What change might you now want for your organisation? Throughout her career Kate has taken on challenging communications assignments working alongside business leaders in times of change. These involve the development and implementation of strategic plans - from focus groups and stakeholder analysis to communications strategies and executive coaching within change projects.
She has consulted within international corporations such as KPMG, GlaxoSmithKline, SwissRe, Cardinal Health and Waitrose, as well in the public and not-for profit sector working with government departments in Whitehall, universities, and educational trusts.
Today she supports leaders, teams and projects who want to effect positive change in some way and communicate it so that it is listened to. This may be in a small, dedicated professional firm or medical practice where the culture needs a boost as well as in a large corporation undergoing a cultural change, merger or acquisition.
As a graduate in Social Sciences, Kate holds a life long passion for people to work respectfully together in organisations sharing a complementary set of values and a clear vision.
